PBI in Mexico
The Mexico Project field team is made up of volunteers from many countries. Before entering the field, volunteers are required to participate in a week-long training program that includes information about Mexico's political context as well as information about PBI's international accompaniment work in different countries.
In the event that the organizations we accompany or PBI volunteers are threatened, our support network, made up of institutions, members of parliament, church groups, NGOs, governmental and civil employees and diplomats who have expressed their endorsement of the Mexico Project's work, will be alerted about the situation.

We carefully follow changes in the political environment in Mexico. On the following pages, we would like to share some basic information about human rights in Mexico. See our reports for up-to-date information.
You can become a PBI Volunteer or sign up to receive our Newsletter.
